Hybrid (2-days a week) in Central London
£55,000 - £65,000 + up to 100% annual bonuses.
We are partnered with a fantastic financial consultancy to place their very first Recruiter role within the UK. The business has been established in the US and grown to just shy of 1,000 heads.
Headcount growth is projected to scale from 30 to 100+ heads in the UK you will be the first recruiter on the ground.
The role:
- Delivery lead – hiring 75+ roles for the business this year. With roles across finance/ tech/ tax/ consultancy/ ops.
- Strategy lead – working on employer branding, networking, employee value proposition where setting up in a new territory, Driving DEI practices across the business – ensuring this is top priority.
- Both headhunting, networking and managing agency relationships.
- Building strong relationships with stakeholders across the UK, US and Singapore – to give the best advice and guidance to the leadership team and relevant stakeholders.
- Building and maintaining pipeline with candidates within the big four and other consultancies.
Requirements:
- Agency recruitment experience.
- Inhouse recruitment experience, within a management consultancy.
- Experience recruiting Finance, Tax and Transformation.
- Experience hiring within the UK (Singapore, also would be a plus!)
- Self-starter, with this being the first UK role, you will need to self-motivate and be happy to work autonomously.
