We are working with a global SaaS platform who are changing the face of e-commerce, by connecting online retailers and brands with customers across the globe.

They are looking for a HR Operations Manager to take ownership in managing operations across multiple regions in EMEA & APAC.

You will have full autonomy in this role and bringing ideas to the table is exactly what they are looking for from someone! It’s an ambitious, collaborative company so you will need match this when it comes to your personality. They are super diverse as a business, and you will be managing HR Ops across multiple locations – it’s fast paced and they are on an exciting trajectory!

You will be ensuring efficiency across compliance, benefits, payroll, legal documentation, and employee data management in an ever-changing scale-up environment.

Who we are looking for:

• Previous experience in a global matrixed organisation
• Familiarity with UK & European policies – APAC is a huge bonus!
• Global payroll, plus experience working with external brokers and insurance companies
• Experience updating and managing HRIS systems
• Ability to handle multiple projects and priorities; you are an independent, self-starter who is extremely organised!

Role: HR Operations Manager

Location: London

Salary: £55,000 - £60,000 plus RSU's

Hybrid: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday (in office)
