Starting with a thorough briefing with you and key stakeholders to identify a clear scope for the role, we will set up a kickoff meeting to agree on target companies and any off-limits, the timeline, the process and critically your EVP. What message are you taking to the talent pool? Once we’re clear on the scope of the search, we willstart to map the market. We use your needs to define those targets and, our historical relationships and network to give us more access to the talent universe your role sits within.
Once we are confident, we have the right candidates and data insights to fully bring you up to speed on the market, we will deliver a shortlist to discuss with you.
The whole process is transparent, and we will share with you every week our progress through a spreadsheet showing every single candidate. We’re going to collect along the way whatever data you want – salaries, benefits, bonuses, we can even collect the perception of you in the market and competitor insights if we’re faced with a challenge during this project, we will work with you to reframe the search accordingly. That intel will provide you with deep data beneficial not only to this search, but future hiring.
We attend interviews if required, supporting you in the process and managing feedback, any additional interview stages, and the start of offer negotiation.
Once you have made the offer, we will then support the candidate through the resignation process and offboarding of their current role, keeping them engaged and offering advice on contact touchpoints throughout the process.
Our candidate care continues post-start date and stretches right through to onboarding in those crucial first few months.
