You’re going to play a key role in shaping the business in 2024, lead on all things workforce planning related, ensuring that the business has the right people, in the right places.
Initial projects/ areas of impact will be:
- Lead on strategic projects in collaboration with the People Director.
- Working closely with the People Director to ensure successful delivery and development of the employee value proposition.
- Reimagining performance reviews and driving productivity.
Workforce planning. - Developing Extraordinary Leaders – ensuring that they continue to deliver on their commitment to develop extraordinary leaders regardless of grade or role (this includes you too!).
- Talent Management – looking at how people management can continue to be a differentiator for them. Proactively and passionately supporting their continued professional development; and, making sure that they have the right foundations, infrastructure and processes in place.
- Attracting, recruiting and onboarding the very best people.

Experience within management consultancy, or professional services firm is essential.

London, 3-days a week in office
Up to £100,000 cash package
Life insurance, private medical (for you and your household), 5% employer pension contribution.
The right person will be comfortable with change, an expert in building strong relationships, and partnering with senior stakeholders. You will have a bias for action, and the ability to adapt and make decisions.
