Search

Shortlist

A thorough shortlist evaluation will be delivered to ensure the success of the remaining recruitment process. 

You can expect to receive a list of 4-6 individuals. From there, we will discuss our analysis of the interview for each candidate, including:

  • Career achievements
  • Current employment situation 
  • Why they are attracted to the vacancy
  • Pay expectations
  • Expectations of flexible working conditions
  • Any suggestions for improvement that we’d advise you to consider in interviews
  • An open account of any other recruitment process they’re involved with
Applicant Management

Our partnership doesn’t end when we’ve delivered our shortlisted applicants. We will take care of applicant management, aiding both the shortlisted candidates and you, the employer, with:

  • Scheduling interviews
  • Preparing applicants for each interview stage
  • Giving applicants task briefs
  • Contacting candidates and informing them of their position in the selection process

Salary: $120,000 - $150,000
Location: New York
