We are partnered with a fantastic financial consultancy, looking to make their first Learning & Development hire – you will be equal parts strategist, builder, program designer and leader. The business is sitting at 1,000 heads globally with huge plans to continue this scaling journey over the coming years.

This role is going to be integral to growth plans, and you’ll be working to lead strategic Talent development, learning and people experience by designing and implementing initiatives to support business objectives. It will be a highly visible role, working cross-functionally within the business to drive force across the employee lifecycle, and fostering an inclusive culture.

Director of Learning & Development Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute L&D strategy that aligns with org goals and objectives, looking to enhance skill, performance and job satisfaction.
  • Identify, implement and strategically utilise learning technology and tooling. Creating dynamic training materials that utilise diverse media and methods.
  • Develop and report on metrics to demonstrate programme effectiveness.
  • Partner with HR, Talent and Leadership to develop programmes and initiatives that drive engagement and foster a defined, strong culture.
  • Remain up to date with industry trends, best practices, and innovations in L&D, DE&I and employee experience

Director of Learning & Development Requirements:

  • Track-record of working in Learning development space, with leadership experience.
  • Experience within a consultancy firm or other professional services would be preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to design, develop and implement strategic learning programs and development initiatives for a largely remote workforce at all levels.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of training methodologies and tools.
  • Management of DEI programmes preferred.

Director of Learning & Development Benefits:

  • Salary of up to $175,000
