We are partnered with an ambitious global SaaS start up who are searching for a People Director to be a trusted adviser and proactive partner to their Founders.

Reporting directly to the CFO, this role is People Operations heavy, streamlining processes across their global locations and managing a strong people & talent team of 7.

You will have a huge amount of responsibility, autonomy, and creative freedom to lead across People & Talent. Their values & culture have been built around their mission and they already have solid processes in place, so they need someone to steer the ship!
