People Partner – Consultancy.

We are working with a creative, growing Consultancy based in the City who are looking for a People Partner.

You will work with the Head of HR to business partner with the leadership team and Consultant population. This is a projects heavy role where you will lead on some innovative people analytics, programmes, EVP propositions, a new benefits platform, and employee experience project. You will support people development and succession planning.

Salary c. £75k plus excellent bens and bonus.
