Senior People Partner

We are partnered with an ambitious global scaleup who are changing the lives of frontline workers.

They have a strong mission that their values and culture has been built around and I am looking for a Senior People Partner to be a trusted adviser and proactive partner to the SVP People on all things HR.

Listening, coaching, and advising managers on actions required for the best outcomes to drive performance and business growth for their business unit.

You will have a huge amount of responsibility, autonomy, and creative freedom to help build a strong People function. Passionate about creating a diverse workforce, they already have 23 different nationalities and counting.

Who we are looking for;

• Strong Senior People Partner experience, ideally within a B2B SaaS scale up
• Global remit, UK & US
• Strong ER experience
• Versatile and adaptable to business change
