Seekhr have partnered with one of our longstanding clients in the Entertainment industry to look for a Talent Development Partner.
This role will be a Talent Management/ Development Partner, focussed on coaching and developing the top c. 200 heads within the business. There is a huge focus on leadership coaching and project management within this group
Role responsibilities:
- Heavy stakeholder management focus, liasing with talent leaders, directors and global CPOs.
- Programme management of initiatives and projects – leading in the monthly Talent Community Forum.
- Collation of reporting and insights from ExCo and board – supporting in preparation of packs for Talent Reviews.
- Track and report on development activity in collaboration with People leads. As well as management of supplier budget (c. 3M).
- Talent management and succession planning, inl. Exec coaching and development.
Skills and Experience:
- Experience within a similar role – ideally Talent Management/ Development
- Experience within a complex organisation.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders at multiple levels.
- Experience utilising tooling and reporting (Excel, Ppt, Workday).
- Experience creating and delivering key KPIs.
