We are working with a full business Consultancy service based on NY. Established to drive performance, they are looking for someone to lead the People function through a period of growth via M&A and take them on the next phase of their journey.

The Vice President, People will play a pivotal role in shaping the global People & Culture strategy and aligning HR initiatives with business objectives. This position offers the chance to design and implement HR structures across the US and Europe, driving significant impact as a senior leader.

The Vice President, People will:

  • Lead on all things total reward and compensation, including leveling up and benchmarking.
  • Manage business integrations from end to end.
  • Lead employee relations, ensuring a positive and compliant workplace environment.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and mitigate HR-related risks.
  • Build and mentor high-performing HR teams, promoting alignment with business objectives.

Essential Skills:

  • Extensive experience in Total Rewards, Compensation, Benefits, and Employee Relations.
  • Proven leadership in HR with a global perspective.
  • In-depth knowledge of employment laws and HR compliance.
